Due to the personal nature of our products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances. However, if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do you offer sample sizes before purchasing a full bottle?
We understand that choosing a scent is personal. We offer 3ml and 6ml discovery samples for most of our signature Oud oils and perfumes so you can experience the scent profile before committing to a full-sized bottle.
