At The Oud Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Due to the delicate nature of high-quality oud and perfumes, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or opened.

Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our scent experts verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
